81. Crumb Pie Crust


1 1/2 c  Rolled crumbs, 1/3 c  Melted margarine or butter, 1/4 c  Sugar, Cookies, bread crumbs or graham crackers may be used in this crust.


Mix sugar and crumbs.  Mix well with the shortening and press with the palm of your hand against the bottom and sides of the pie pan.  It is best to chill this crust thoroughly, but if you are in a hurry, you may bake it at once in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
